This large 150m2 apartment consists of a communal terrace as well as plenty of storage space and a fantastic kitchen with a dining area. Parking space is available and a washing machine is provided. The communal areas are shared with the live-in landlord.
The apartment is moments away from several smaller green parks and a 10-minute walk from MIP Politecnico di Milano. The closest tramway and bus stations are just a short walk away, allowing easy commute to other areas of the city. You can also easily reach Milano Nord Domodossola and Milano Bovisa FNM train stations in just a few minutes.
