This 2-storey, 4-bedroom house has rooms for rent in a large and cozy property. The house's best feature is the large terrace in the back that has a separate patio and grass area. The interior of the house has elegant carpet floors and polished wood-plank walls. The common kitchen and living room are quite spacious – perfect for a shared property. There is 1 full bathroom to share and a private en-suite bathroom.
The house is located in Maida Vale in North Westminster an area that has beautiful houses and large green parks. For Beatles lovers, you'll be happy to know you are only 5 minutes from Abbey Road – location of the immortal album cover. There is also a tube station minutes from the house.

- The large terrace in the back is a perfect place for a BBQ, to sit and read, or even to start your own little vegetable garden!
- The spacious living room is furnished with chairs, shelving, a couch, coffee table, dining table, and a flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, washing machine, 3 mini refrigerators, and a lot of storage space.
- The bathroom to share has elegant wood flooring and a large bathtub.

- There is a tube station minutes away from the house and plenty of green parks to enjoy.
- You are near Abbey Road and Little Venice.
