This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. Wi-fi is installed and it is activated.
Cleaning Service: Regular cleaning services are included in the rent. The shared spaces will be cleaned once a week and rooms will be cleaned once a month. The cleaning service includes: Bathrooms (weekly); Corridor (floor and basic cleaning, weekly); Kitchen (floor and basic cleaning, weekly); NOT dishes; the dishes need to be done by the students themselves.
Garbage: The garbage from the kitchen must be disposed at least twice a week by the tenants. The garbage must be disposed in the condominium garbage cans on the ground floor. All flatmates are equally responsible for the disposal of garbage.
Private self-service laundry: This property has a special agreement with the private self-service laundry 'All Wash'. 'All Wash' is located 4 minutes by foot from the apartment. On arrival you receive an «ALL WASH» self-service laundry voucher-key for 12 washings.

The modern flat is bright and well-equipped, offering Wi-Fi, heating, a full kitchen and two shared bathrooms. There are two single rooms available and two twin rooms which can be rented by the bed. All rooms are stylishly furnished and feature a balcony, desks and storage space. A cleaning service and all bills are included in the rent making these rooms a convenient option for students attending the Bovisa Campus of the Politecnico technical University of Milan, located only a short walk from the flat. Milan's city centre is 25 minutes away using public transport.

The landlord does not live on the property and requires one month rent as a deposit. Rent should be paid by bank transaction. This landlord only accepts students. Tenants are required to pay a one off 100 Euro service fee. The service fee is non refundable and will be charged when moving in.
