This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and central water heating. A/C is available at an extra charge. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment. Wi-fi is installed and it is activated. There will be a cleaning charge of 30/40€ (depending on the room) at the end of the tenancy. Parking space can be rented at an extra cost.

Rooms are available for rent separately in a very trendy flat in Milan. This unique apartment has a lot of style, being a former gallery that has been recently renovated to a very high standard. The 85 sqm exterior flat is bright, airy and very stylish, decorated with colourful artwork and accessories that contrast very nicely with the white walls and fittings. Tenants will share use of one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living area. The apartment is located on Via Privata Ulderico Ollearo, in Bovisa. The area is well-connected by public transport and offers a wide range of services, including restaurants and stores. There is a supermarket one block from the apartment and a 24-hour grocery store 10 minutes away. This flat would be ideal for students, being only a 15 minute walk from the Bovisa Campus of the Politecnico technical University of Milan.
