Fantastic rooms for rent in a large 6 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on Viale Monza, conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale train station. The 180 m² apartment is fully furnished, featuring colorful shared bathrooms and every necessary appliance. With parking provided and all bills included, this is a perfect opportunity for couples who prefer to live close to public transportation to ease their daily commute. You will be located in the Corso Buenos Aires area, full of shops, cafes and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- Street parking is available and a bike rack is provided.
- To suit those on a budget, all utility bills are included in the rent.
- The rooms available for rent are spacious couple friendly.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has two beautiful shared bathrooms, both equipped with bathtubs.
- Please note that the apartment does not have a living room, however, the fully equipped kitchen features a small interior balcony.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
