This fantastic apartment, available for females only, is located on Via Andrea Costa in the well-connected and central neighborhood of Loreto. Communal areas, such as the shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, face the interior courtyard, but both rooms available for rent have a balcony with exterior street views. You will be sharing the apartment with a live-in landlord. The apartment is noise-free despite being in the center and close to a busy street, so you will be able to catch a good night's sleep. You will be able to easily reach the Loreto station that will take you to the city centre in just a few minutes. As if all this weren't enough, all utilities are included in the rent. What we liked the most
- As our runner points out, the homely kitchen has a lot of space with plenty of cupboards and a dining area.
- Both bedrooms are large, bright, with plenty of storage, a double bed and a balcony facing the street. According to our video tour, they appear to also have good acoustics.
- The apartment is very quiet - the bedrooms face the street, but as you close the windows, you won't be able to hear any noise at all.
- The bathroom has a cupboard for your toiletries, a bidet, a washing machine and a large bathtub.
- All utilities are included in the rent.
- Loreto metro station is just 6 minutes walk away - from here you can easily reach the city centre.
