This charming interior apartment is located on via Falcone, just a few minutes away from the University of Milan. It consists of an open plan kitchen with a living area and a study area, a bathroom and a comfortable bedroom with a balcony. Once inside, you won't hear any street noise - absolutely perfect for those in need of some quiet. You'll be surrounded by historical buildings, delicious food, friendly people and lots of things to do. As a bonus point, the beautiful Piazza del Duomo is just around the corner, along with Palazzo Real. You will have plenty of transportation options, from metro stations to tramway stops. The area of the apartment is 65m2.
What we liked the most
- The main feature of this apartment is that it's located right in the city centre - you'll have easy access to plenty of Milan's attractions and transportation links to other parts of the city.
- You'll be able to enjoy underfloor heating in this apartment - your feet will never get cold again!
- The large living room also has a colorful open plan kitchen and a dining area, with two big windows. This gives the entire area more space and light.
- The apartment faces Via Falcone and is surrounded by historical buildings that will make you feel like you're living in a different time. You'll find plenty of monuments and chapels in the area, along with University of Milan, which is just a short walk to the apartment.
- The quiet bedroom also has a balcony, facing the interior courtyard.
