This 9-bedroom apartment in Lavapiés has single and double bed rooms available to rent. The apartment is huge, with an area of 140 m², allowing you to have the privacy you may need. There are wooden floors, freshly painted walls, and modern appliances. The common area is the open layout kitchen and living room that provide the perfect place to relax or spend time with your roommates. There are 2 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the multicultural neighborhood of Lavapiés. Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment you have the Mercado San Fernando, an art gallery, and a Carrefour supermarket. Not only are you surrounded by shops, you are also just 1 minute away from the Lavapiés metro stop.
