A 45 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Washington, just next to the Wagner metro station. This property has a spacious, modern and extremely stylish living and dining room with a french window which lets in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is partially equipped with the exception of an oven, and there is 1 complete bathroom to share between tenants.
The apartment is on Via Marghera in Washington, just 2 minutes from Wagner metro station. The local area is filled with theatres and other places for drinking, dining, shopping and socialising. Central Milan is not too far away, it can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very contemporary and stylish, with very modern furniture and fittings, and flat-screen TVs in each room.
- That chunky and spotless gas stove is just begging to be cooked on.
- Our homechecker Matteo tells us that the best gelato in Milan can be found on a nearby street!
