Spotahome's opinion
This 1-bedroom apartment in Fiera Milano is very welcoming and perfect for a single or a couple. We love the views from the many terrace/balcony (which is to be shared with the landlord) that this apartment has and it sure if a conversation started as you look over the city skyline. We also love that the living room has 2 large couches, perfect for entertaining and hosting guest. There is a also a breakfast bar.
The bedroom has slanted roofs, a double bed, with drawers, TV, shelves and a door leading out into a private small balcony. The kitchen, though small and no oven, has everything that you need. It leads to the huge terrace where you can place a BBQ to do all your cooking, and some outdoor furniture. The bathroom is functional with sink, mirror, and shower over bath. It has high windows which lets in a lot of natural light.
Fiera Milano is a well-connected area on the east side of the city. You can walk to City Life, which is the business centre or towards Sempione Park, which has a tower, aquarium, theatre & municipal library. The closest Carrefour Express is on Via S. Siro and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has two terraces and one small balcony from the bedroom. Great outdoor space and there is so much potential for BBQ's, urban picnics etc.
- It is located on the top 9th floor with lifts that has the greatest view of the city.
- The apartment is very well furnished, clean and tidy.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washer or dryer in the apartment, but there are laundromats nearby.
