Spotahome is proud to present a bright, shared apartment with four bedrooms available for rent, located on Calle General Martinez Campos in the stylish neighborhood of Almagro. The apartment is fully furnished - the tenants will be able to use a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and two shared bathrooms, one furnished with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The apartment also features a cosy living room with a balcony, perfect for spending time with your new flatmates. All bedrooms are fully furnished, equipped with a desk where you will be able to study and do your work. You will be surrounded by metro stations, so getting to the city centre will be very easy. The surrounding area also has plenty of cafes and shops, along with beautiful buildings and lots of activities to do - we can guarantee you will never be bored here!
What we liked the most
- The apartment has an excellent location- Almagro- as it's situated just around the corner from a metro station and is surrounded by many stylish cafes and restaurants that are waiting for you to try their delicious tapas.
- The nearby library makes this a perfect apartment for students!
- The kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary amenities, including a dishwasher. You will also be able to use plenty of cupboards where you can store your dishes and plates.
- The two bathrooms are very bright - one features a shower and the other a bathtub.
- A weekly cleaning service is included in the rent, so the communal areas will always be tidy.
- Two of the rooms feature balconies.
