The interior of this property is exceptionally large, as it is spread over a grand total of 3 floors. The house boasts a sizeable main room which serves as a lounge and a dining room. The property features a big kitchen which is fully furnished with modern appliances.
Pozuelo de Alarcón is an upmarket suburb located to the north-west of Madrid's city centre. This lively neighbourhood has plenty to do and see, including Parque Prados de Torrejón, a large park that is 3 minutes from the house. Tenants can reach the city centre by walking 7 minutes to Pozuelo Cercanias station.

- The kitchen has 2 fridges – there will always be enough space to store food.
- The main room has 2 large, comfortable seating areas, one is perfect for hosting dinner parties, the other is ideal for relaxing with housemates.
- The garden is spacious and features a patio area and grass – fantastic for barbecues.
- There will never be a line for the toilet or shower, as the house has 5 bathrooms.
- Pozuelo Cercanias station is 7 minutes from the house – from here tenants can access central Madrid.
