The flat is extremely well connected by metro, with three metro lines within a 5-minute stroll from the property. Madrid's beloved Retiro Park is just 2 minutes away, making these spacious and luminous rooms for rent ideal for those who like to be located near nature. The highlight of this flat is its big terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue - a perfect place to relax with your new flatmates. The tenants will be able to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and three shared bathrooms. All rooms for rent are furnished with double beds and feature storage for all your belongings. The total area of this large property is 210m2.

- We are in love with the beautiful terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, where you can have barbecues with your new flatmates.
