This apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building that is equipped with in an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on racks inside your room. The price of rent includes electricity, water, gas, wi-fi, community fees, heating (from November 1st to April 1st), and weekly cleaning of the common areas. There is an option to contract a cleaning service for individual rooms for 5 euros per cleaning. The minimum lease for this apartment is 180 days (6 months) and the maximum lease is 360 days.

This is a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for females, located on Calle Jorge Juan in the posh district of Salamanca, just a short walk away from the beautiful Retiro park. The luxurious apartment features a unique terrace, with plenty of outdoor furniture and a beautiful sixth floor view of the surrounding area. The tenants will also have access to a beautiful kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and a spacious living area where you can catch up to your favorite TV shows. The 220m2 apartment has 2 colorful shared bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and one with a bathtub, both featuring plenty of storage space for your toiletries. Each room is furnished with a comfortable double bed and everything you might need to have a comfortable stay in Madrid. As a bonus point, all bills, including weekly cleaning of the common areas, are included in the rent. Sounds good to us!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located in the luxurious area of Salamanca - you will live nearby plenty of metro stations. chic shops and the beautiful Retiro park.
- Every room is immaculately decorated and furnished with modern furniture.
- We are in love with the large terrace - it has outdoor furniture, perfect for spending time with your new flatmates.
- All utilities, including weekly cleaning of the common areas, are included in the rent.
- The two shared bathrooms feature plenty of storage space for all your toiletries.
