There is a room for rent in this spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Calle Escuelas, in Usera. This large 100 m² apartment has a modern living room, and kitchen with all the essential appliances. The garden can be accessed through the corridor, and is a great place to relax in the sun.
The Matadero Madrid is just a 20-minute walk away, and is a great place to explore on your day off. There is also a supermarket within walking distance, as well as several restaurants. The Olof Palme Park is only a 15-minute walk away, and is a spacious park to exercise in.
What we liked the most
- The large living room will become a great place to relax with the landlady, and watch some TV.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The kitchen has everything you need to start cooking, as well as a small dining table and chairs.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady has a pet cat at the property.
- There is only one shared bathroom.
