There are cozy rooms available to rent in this spacious 4-bedroom apartment. The 140 m² property is shared with the landlady, but tenants will only have access to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and is quite spacious, also furnished with a glass dining table. The apartment is in a building that has a community pool and private park areas, which you can also take advantage of.
Acacias is a residential district, about 15 minutes to Madrid Centro. On Calle de Gasómetro, you are very well-connected by public transportation with Metro and Cercanías stations nearby. You also have all your basic amenities just around the corner, including banks, pharmacies, and grocery stores.
What we liked the most
- There are AC units for the hot summer days.
- There is a community swimming pool to enjoy from June to September.
- You are minutes away from a Metro stop.
- Students are a 10-minute walk to Carlos III University.
Things to keep in mind
