1 ensuite bedroom is available to rent in a stunning, 90 m², 2-bedroom apartment in the Pacífico area of Madrid. The landlady lives in the apartment, and she has done an amazing job with the decor - it is modern, fun and bright. There is a huge living room, an extremely well equipped kitchen, and a terrace which is shared with other apartments.
The apartment is on Calle Játiva in the Pacífico area, very close to metro line 1. Nearby Mendéz Álvaro has a shopping centre and metro and local rail services. You can also reach Atocha and the Retiro Park in about 5 minutes by metro.
What we liked the most
- The room has its own private entrance!
- There's a terrace with great views - this is shared with other apartments.
- The kitchen is packed with modern appliances.
- The available room has an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.
- The apartment is really modern and has high quality decor.
