Rooms are available for rent in this 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a quiet, residential area of Salamanca. The apartment has mostly internal views from its windows, except for bedrooms 1 and 2 which have street views. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The kitchen is large and has a dining table that can seat 6. It has all the modern appliances including an oven and a washing machine. There is also a TV in the kitchen, to watch from the dining table or while you prepare food.
Ventas Metro is just a 3-minute walk from the property, which can take you quickly to the central areas of the city, such as Sol or Malasaña. For people who like their upmarket shopping, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping district near Manuel Becerra Metro. Also nearby is the small but pretty park Quinta De La Fuente Del Berro, or for some rather more raucous fun, Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas.

What we liked the most
- This apartment is in a quiet, residential area but is very close to the city centre by Metro (or walking, in about 30-40 minutes).
- The kitchen is really bright and cheerful, and would be an ideal place to spend some time with your new flatmates.
- There are 2 bathrooms. Never underestimate the difference an extra toilet and shower can make!
- If you are interested in some traditional Spanish culture, Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas is on your doorstep, where you can catch bullfighting, or if that doesn't take your fancy, it is also used for Tennis, Red Bull X motocross events, and as a concert venue.
