Tenants share a practical white kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and oven; and 3 full bathrooms. All of the rooms are spacious and decorated in a simple yet tasteful manner.
This apartment could not be in a better location—right next to Madrid's iconic Gran Vía street and Plaza de España. In addition to these sites, many other popular areas in the city centre are within walking distance, including Puerta del Sol and trendy Malasaña. There are also excellent transport connections.
