This 100 m², 3-bedroom apartment has very cozy and bright rooms for rent. The apartment has 2 important features: its brightness and the huge wrap-around balcony. With a very big balcony, all the rooms in the house receive plenty of natural light. The apartment also has very high ceilings and elegant decor, making you feel right at home. The bedrooms are a little bit separated from the shared areas, so you get plenty of peace and quiet. There is 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the lively neighborhood of Argüelles. This is an area that provides the perfect balance of nightlife and outdoor activities. You have the Parque del Oeste less than 5 minutes away and a metro stop as well. You are also within walking distance of the El Corte Ingles department store.

- The apartment receives a lot of natural light and has very elegant decor and modern appliances.
- There is a huge balcony that wraps around the entire apartment.
- The living room is fully furnished with elegant shelving, a dining table, 2 couches, and a big flat-screen TV:
- There is 1 full bathroom with a large bathtub and a lot of storage space.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and a lot of cupboards.
- The apartment is only 5 minutes to the closest metro stop and the huge Parque del Oeste park.
Things to keep in mind
- The building does not come equipped with an elevator, but the apartment and its balcony is worth the extra walking.
