A spacious room is available to rent to a female postgraduate student or professional near the park in central Retiro, Madrid. The apartment is very spacious and has lots of natural light, and there is plenty of room to sit and spend time with roommates. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including a microwave oven, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a stove. The room for rent is also very bright, and it has a large built-in closet with a gorgeous mirror. There are views of trees and greenery from the bedroom window. The shared bathroom is modern and practical, and it has lots of storage space for your bathroom essentials. During summer, tenants have access to a pool.
The Retiro neighborhood is one of the most sought-after places to live in Madrid. Quiet and full of greenery, Retiro is a tranquil and relaxing part of busy Madrid. Residents can find many fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops in the area. Retiro is also very well-connected, and residents can reach the main city center in approximately 15-20 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located in a very upscale neighborhood near the famous Retiro park.
- There are lovely parquet floors throughout the apartment.
- The apartment is spacious and bright, and it has lots of room to relax and spend time with your roommates.
- In summer you have access to a pool.
