The decoration throughout this flat is very modern and classic at the same time, like a blank canvas, so when you move in you will be able to really make it your own. The living area is large and comes complete with a 3-seater sofa and a dining table that can seat up to 6 people, meaning you'll have plenty of space when your guests come round. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances you will need to be able to cook up a storm.
This property is located on Calle Antonio Toledo in Madrid's Salamanca district. Known as one of Madrid's most glamourous areas, Salamanca does not disappoint, with great shopping and architecture around every corner, you'll never want to leave. The property is also a 10-minute walk from one of Madrid's most beautiful and famous parks, el Parque de El Retiro, so if you ever want to escape the modern pressures of city life, you won't have to go far at all. This location is also really well-connected with the rest of the city, with multiple metro stations and bus services within a 15-minute radius, so commuting whether is not an issue.
