Rooms are available to rent in this 3-bedroom, ground floor apartment on Calle Pico de los Artilleros in Moratalaz. You will the share apartment with the live-in landlady, and up to 2 other tenants. A cosy and welcoming space, the apartment has a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 1 full bathroom. The apartment is contemporary, and has modern fittings, including built-in appliances in the kitchen.
Although not central in the city, this area has plenty of amenities nearby. Just around the corner, you will find some local grocery stores, plus a tobacco shop, a bank, a pharmacy, and a couple of cafes and restaurants, and there's plenty more within a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable as soon as you move in, including a particularly lovely kitchen!
- The shower has a rainfall shower head, and massage jets. The ultimate in relaxation!
- Here you can have a more peaceful life than in the city centre. But for when you feel the need to party, don't worry, you can reach Sol in about 30 minutes!
- The location is perfect for students at the Escuela Superior de Diseño de Madrid, which is just a 15-minute walk away.
