There is air-conditioning and heating throughout the building. The price of rent includes council tax, property maintenance, bed linen, cleaning of bedrooms and common areas once a week (including sheet and towel exchange), half or full meal service from Monday to Sunday and utilities (water, electricity and Wi-Fi). There is a phone line available on every room, but calls will need to be paid for separately. There is a reception area and staff available to help residents 24/7. The minimum lease for these rooms is 30 days (1 month). You must dry your washing using the dryers in the laundry room, you are not allowed to dry it in your room. You can hire a car parking space for 40 €/month or a motorbike parking space for 20 €/month.

This impressive residence hall has recently gone through a full renovation resulting in a top of the range living space which can accommodate up to 178 students. There are two room types on offer, private single rooms and double rooms to be shared by two students. Both room types have their own ensuite bathrooms, central heating, air-conditioning and are furnished with a desk and a wardrobe per person. This stunning residence hall has been designed to be a lot more than just a place where students sleep at night. Its goal is to offer a comprehensive living complex where residents can exercise, socialise and interact with each other within a safe and welcoming environment. To achieve this, they offer a wide range of common rooms where students can gather, including a study room, a gym, a play room, a dining room, a sports court and an outdoor swimming pool. This residence hall is located on Paseo Juan XXIII, in the neighborhood of Moncloa, within close proximity to some of the most important universities in the city such as Complutense, Politécnica, San Pablo (CEU), Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI-ICADE), CUNEF and IE Business School.
What we liked the most
- You will love the added comfort of living in a stylish and recently renovated residence hall, which offers modern amenities and is equipped with top quality furniture and accessories.
- With a gym, a swimming pool and other sporting facilities on-site, it will be easy to be active and stay fit.
- The shared study room is an ideal space to study either by yourself or with a group.
- The playroom is an awesome space where you can enjoy endless hours of fun and relaxation. You can play foosball, video games, pool, watch TV, a DVD or simply hang out with other residents in one of the comfy sofas.
- The meal service provides a healthy and varied menu which is served in a modern and clean dining room. There are also vending machines available where you can purchase snacks in between meals.
- There is a laundry room where you will find washing machines and dryers.
- There is a phone line on every room, allowing you to receive calls from your family and friends back in your home country, and there is wi-fi access throughout the building.
Things to keep in mind
- Even though all rooms are similarly equipped, keep in mind that the examples shown in the video and photos are to be taken as a reference only. The layout and views enjoyed from the window of the room you are allocated may vary from the ones shown.
- There is no curfew, allowing you to come and go from the residence with freedom.
