The flat is right next to Plaza Tirso de Molina, and within walking distance to La Latina, Anton Martin, Puerta del Sol and most of Madrid's attractions. You will find access to several metro lines, buses, and Cercanias trains nearby, allowing you to move around the city with ease. This spacious 95 sqm apartment is exquisitely decorated throughout, and equipped with top quality furniture, accessories and appliances. What we liked the most
- The spacious open plan kitchen and living area is truly gorgeous, and will provide a stylish and comfortable space for the whole flat to relax, watch television or share a meal.
- The terrace is ideal for entertaining family or friends, equipped with a great range of outdoor furniture.
- Bedrooms 1 and 3 are furnished with double beds, two beside tables and built-in closets.
- Bedroom 2 has two single beds, one bedside table and two built-in wardrobes.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, an electric stove and a dishwasher.
- There is one shared bathroom, and bedroom 3 has its own en-suite.
- This flat has a great location in Lavapies, a vibrant multicultural neighbourhood packed with bars and inexpensive local and ethnic restaurants.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior but not dark, with windows in every room and two glass doors leading to the terrace in the living area.
