The location is not only exclusive, but the property has been completely renovated with elegant wood flooring, stylish furniture pieces, and huge built-in wardrobes. The bedrooms come fully furnished, with bedroom 1 including a full en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 3 its own en-suite toilet. There is a cozy and elegant living room and an eat-in kitchen equipped with all the modern amenities you will need.
When tourists come to visit Madrid, Plaza Mayor is a must-see on their to-do list, and this is where you will be. The plaza is a beautiful and lively meeting point for both Madrileños and tourists. Not only are you surrounded by bars and restaurants, but you are just a 3-minute walk to La Puerta del Sol, another important site with plenty of transport connections.
What we liked the most
- The apartment comes prepared for Madrid's hot and cold seasons with central AC and heating.
- House work couldn't be easier with both a combination washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
- Bedroom 1 comes with an en-suite bathroom and bedroom 3 with an en-suite toilet.
- You are right in the Plaza Mayor and just a 3-minute walk to Sol.
