This duplex two bedroom apartment, located on the picturesque Paseo del Prado and right on the border between the city centre and the Retiro district, just boasts with space and natural sunlight. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, two shared bathrooms, a very spacious living room with a dining area and plenty of storage and two bedrooms. It's ideal for couples as both of the rooms feature comfortable double beds, but, of course, anyone is welcome to enjoy the benefits of this quiet interior apartment. The apartment itself is quite large, with an area of 95m2. With the city centre, Retiro park and some of Madrid's most famous museums just moment away, the location couldn't have been more perfect.
What we liked the most
- One of the best things about this apartment is its location - you'll be just moments away from the Retiro park and we can guarantee it's where you'll spend most of your free time.
- You'll have A/C to keep you cool during the hot summer months of Madrid.
- The entire apartment is extremely sunny as it features tall and big windows in all rooms, apart from the kitchen. The windows also face the interior patio, so the apartment is very quiet.
- The fully equipped kitchen features drawers and cupboards along with a washing machine and a dishwasher.
- The living room is very big and has plenty of storage for books and decorations. You will have access to a very comfortable sofa and a TV area where you can relax, catching up to your favorite shows.
- The tenants will have access to two bathrooms, one located upstairs where you will also find the bedrooms and one downstairs, next to the kitchen.

- While the kitchen doesn't have an oven, you will have access to a fully functioning microwave.
