This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is for rent on Calle Moratin in Madrid city center, close to various metro lines and the Atocha train station. This flat is quite charming and though it is in a historical neighborhood, it features modern amenities and shiny parquet flooring. This apartment would be perfect for 3 friends moving to Madrid together, as it has rooms of varying sizes and a very large common living room that will be perfect for hanging out! The neighborhood is referred to as the Centro district and it has everything from historical sites to hip boutiques. The flat is very well connected by metro and train, so tenants will be able to access different parts of Madrid and the country with ease! The apartment has a total area of 78 m2.

What we liked the most

  • The rooms are spacious and as they vary in size and features, tenants can choose according to their preference.
  • The central location of the flat gives tenants freedom to explore Madrid as they please!
  • There is a ceiling fan in the living room to give you a nice relief during the summer months.
  • The living room is very quaint: it is furnished with a sofa that turns into a bed and features paintings and photos on the wall that gives it a lot of character.
  • The balcony has nice views of the surrounding areas.
  • The kitchen is very well-equipped with a dishwasher, dishes, oven, and electric stove. It has pleasant blue tiles on the walls.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 has a skylight and a window that opens to the living room.
  • The building does not have an elevator, so you'll get a nice exercise!
  • Wifi is not installed in the property.
