This apartment is perfect for those wanting to live in the center of everything, having Huertas, the Paseo del Prado and all of its museums, as well as the geographical center of Madrid, La Puerta del Sol, all within walking distance at your fingertips. The area of the apartment is 60 m2.
What we liked the most
- There’s storage located above the entryway
- The living room has a beautiful built-in shelving unit and plenty of room for lounging. Besides, there is this huge interior private patio with countless opportunities for the summer time. A stronghold of peace in the middle of the city centre, as the whole house.
- The open kitchen and dining room area is perfect for cooking and eating
Things to keep in mind
- Utilities are not included in the price of rent for stays over 3 months, for shorter terms this could be negotiated with the landlords.
- The apartment is an interior apartment, meaning that it is incredibly quiet and calm for being in the city centre.

The apartment is a two-minute walk from the Sevilla (Line 2), Sol (Line 1, 2 & 3 and Cercanías) and Gran Vía ( Line 1 & 5) Metro stop. Besides there is several bus stops in the area. Anyway, the place is so centrical that you wont need to use public transport to move within the city centre.
