A comfortable 70 sqm one bedroom apartment with one bathroom which has been recently renovated and is very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This exterior apartment enjoys of some very nice views over the Sabatini gardens and the Royal Palace. It is located right in the city centre, on Cuesta de San Vicente street, close to the Gran Via and next to the Plaza de España, one of the city's most visited squares featuring a large fountain and a monument to Cervantes, a great figure of Spanish literature known for writing "Don Quixote".
What we liked the most
- This apartment is very pleasant and nicely decorated. It is modern and equipped with good quality furniture and accessories throughout
- The rectangular living room is very large and nicely appointed with a dining table with four chairs, a sofa bed and a flat screen TV. There is also a desk with a chair where you can study or work.
- This apartment offers plenty of storage space, with a very large built-in wardrobe available as you walk into the apartment, another one inside the bedroom and a third one in the hallway on the way to the bathroom.
- There is central heating and air-conditioning available, so you will be nice and cozy all year-round.
- The kitchen very well appointed with a good range of appliances, cooking utensils, pots, pans and dinnerware.
