A spacious and very well appointed 75 sqm apartment. This exterior flat is great for families featuring one double bedroom plus two sets of bunk beds and a sofa bed in the living area. It is located right in the city centre, on Cuesta de San Vicente street, in an area considered one of the best places to live in the city. This apartment is situated within close proximity from some of the city's main landmarks, such as the Gran Via and Plaza de España. The impressive Royal Palace is also located a few minutes away. This stunning building is the official residence of the Spanish Royal Family and is one of the city's most visited tourist spots.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is sunny and very spacious. It has a built-in wardrobe and a fully covered balcony which can be enjoyed regardless of the weather. It has some amazing views over the tree lined street, with the Royal Palace in the background.
- The living area is cozy and inviting, equipped with a large sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen TV, making this room a perfect space to relax with your family or friends.
- The sofa offers a fold out double bed and at the end of the living area there are two sets of bunk beds, separated from the main room by some curtains.
- The modern bathroom is fully equipped, including a large bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is interior, but has a window overlooking a light-well. It is very well appointed including a large fridge, a stove, an oven and a dishwasher.
