This two-bedroom, one-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Fuencarral in the Chueca section of Madrid. Sitting just steps from Gran Vía, this apartment allows you to not only enjoy the best of Chueca, said to be the Soho of Madrid, but also be able to walk to Malasaña, the historical center, and Gran Vía. While Fuencarral is a bustling street with lots of shopping and cafés, you’ll be able to have your own oasis in the middle of the rush. The area of the apartment is 80 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment comes with its own terrace, perfect for enjoying the nice weather and having some privacy amidst the hustle and bustle in Fuencarral
- All utilities, a weekly cleaning service, and sheets and towels are included in the price of rent
- The apartment has A/C, ideal for hot, Madrid summers
- Both bedrooms come equipped with double beds, there are also two individual pull-out couches, ideal for entertaining guests
- The apartment comes with some extra amenities (shampoo and a hair dryer)
- You can use a common washer and dryer in the building, perfect for those not keen on laying their clothes out to dry on a rack
