This modern 2-bedroom apartment on Calle de Recoletos, in Salamanca is fully furnished and has an lovely open plan layout. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the generous 101 m² property has 2 comfortable rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The apartment gets plenty of natural light, and there is a small standing balcony overlooking the street below.
The apartment is located in Salamanca, a central spot famous for having some of the most expensive realestate in the city. Here you will be just a short stroll from the magnificent Retiro park, as well as shops, restaurants, cervecerias, and bars.
What we liked the most
- Salamanca is a bit posh, beautiful to look at, and plenty of fun.
- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors.
- Heating and A/C is installed throughout.
- The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to cook.
