This is a stunning 2-bedroom, 100 m² property that boasts gorgeous views from a common terrace—if that isn't a selling point, then what is? Overall, this property is extremely bright and features private balconies and huge windows, also with beautiful street views. There are two bedrooms, which are both fully furnished and feature ample storage space for personal items. The living area features a sofa, a television and enough space to host guests. The kitchen is also fully equipped for home cooking, and the bathroom is beautiful and spacious.
Realejo is an excellent neighbourhood of Granada. This is the old Jewish quarter, so it is rich in history! Very close to this apartment is the Museo Sefaradi, which is a museum about the history of Jewish culture in this area. Another historic area is the Lavadero de la Placeta Puerta del Sol, also a very quick walk from the apartment. This building is only an 8-minute walk away from many beautiful churches, as well as the central hub for bars and restaurants in Realejo.
What we liked the most
- The views from the common terrace are absolutely stunning!
- For an apartment this spacious, the price is incredible.
- There are a total of four balconies—one in the kitchen, the living room, and each bedroom!
- The furnishing and decor is beautiful, making for a comfortable, homey vibe.
