One of the most wonderful features of this 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle Acuerdo is the decor. It’s fashionable, modern and stunning. The front door opens onto gorgeous wood floors in a small hallway. Directly in front, you’ll find a full bathroom with a shower stall. To the left are the bedrooms, one of which has an incredible walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. If you turn right from the entrance, you end up in the living room, with a beautiful sofa and an even more beautiful view out of the French balcony. Through the living area you enter the open dining room and kitchen with tile floors. A split 4-seat table has a view out of another French balcony, and the equipped kitchen is polished and sleek but practical.
Malasaña is considered the trendiest neighborhood in Madrid. If you love to keep busy, you’ll love it here. There are several cool venues around where you can catch everything from experimental to more mainstream theater productions. You’ll also find a few cinemas to catch a movie, and you’re only a 4-minute walk from the Museum of Modern Art, or a 2-minute walk from the Conservatory of Music. Of course, you’ll also find many useful places where you’ll go more frequently, like the supermarket which is a 10-minute walk, local hair stylists, banks, or the Pontificia Comillas University, just 10 minutes from your door.
