This 3 bedroom house in Tetuán has a lot of offer. The property has three large bedrooms, a stylish living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom. The house also has views over the rest of Madrid. You will also be located on the 7th floor of a quiet residential road, so you won't be disturbed come bed time!
The property has 2 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, all of which are furnished.
Tetuán is one of Madrid's most northern districts, and takes about 25 minutes on the metro to get to the centre of the city. Parque Dehesa de la Villa is also close by, if forest walks are your thing.
What we liked the most
- This is a quiet and safe property, with some distance from the noise of Madrid.
- If you enjoy football, the house has views of a local football pitch!
Things to keep in mind
- You will live on the 7th floor... but there is no elevator. Great exercise, though.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 don't have a lot of storage space in them.
