It benefits from central air conditioning, which is perfect for the hot Madrid nights and is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Madrid.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe to store your things. The kitchen and living room is an open space which allows you cook and enjoy company in the living room, or watch something on the TV as you prepare your meals. The bathroom has a stylish sink, shower and toilet. This space is perfect for young professionals or couples .
Malasaña is one of Madrid's trendiest areas, known for exciting nightclubs, hip bars and cool boutiques. Living here you will always have something fun to do within a short walk and also live close to the center, many other popular areas and some of the city's most famous sights. The streets outside the property are charmingly narrow and are home to lots of small shops where you can buy everything you need.
