This cosy 2-bedroom apartment covers a generous 67 m² on Calle Sierra de Contraviesa. Furnished with modern appliances throughout, including an oven, microwave, and washing machine. Both bedrooms are well equipped with heating and storage space. As an added bonus, there is also a balcony looking onto the street.
Close by you will find a few restaurants, and bars as well as a supermarket. Puente de Vallecas is a quiet suburb with some beautiful parks to enjoy the summer weather in.
Since the time of the photo session the landlord has installed a brand new 45 inch smart TV in the property.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The apartment as several windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The neutral décor throughout will highlight any furnishing you bring.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout.
Things to keep in mind
- There was no TV in the apartment at the time of our visit, but the landlord informed us he is planning to get one soon.
