This modern 2-bedroom apartment in La Latina is equipped with central AC, gas heating, and can accommodate up to 4 tenants. The 65 m² property opens out onto a balcony with street views and has a bright living area and separate, fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located in a vibrant neighbourhood, close to Cibeles, Mercado de la Cebada, Vicente Calderón Stadium, and Madrid Rio. This area will make a fantastic base to explore the city, with public transport, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is exquisitely decorated throughout.
- The living area is furnished with a sofa, dining table and television.
- The bathroom is spacious and has storage space.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
- You will find numerous theatres, independent cinemas and art galleries nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
- The bedrooms have no wardrobe, but there is a dressing room which can be shared by both rooms.
