This 3-bedroom flat with rooms to rent in Balham is a lovely place to call home. As you enter, the kitchen is located on the right side of the corridor. The kitchen is rather small, but it has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, gas stove, a medium-sized fridge, another smaller fridge, and a microwave. The washing machine is also located here. The shared bathroom has a tub with a shower unit. The bedrooms each have windows to let in some natural sunlight.
This flat is located in Balham, which is situated south-west of central London. You'll have plenty of access to green space here, with Tooting Bec Common park right next to your new home. Ride your bike, stroll the walking paths, go for a run, or have a picnic beside Tooting Common Lake in this large park. You can reach Balham tube station in 15 minutes walking, or 5 minutes by bus, where you'll find a variety of amenities. Pick up your groceries at the Sainsbury's or Waitrose here, or grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. Check out a comedy show or some live music at the Bedford pub. Balham tube station is situated on the Northern line, which will take you right through Clapham Junction and into central London, so you are well connected with the rest of the city, even though you're situated a bit far out.
