Rooms are available to rent in a spacious, 5-bedroom house situated in London's Balham area. This property is large, as it is spread over 2 floors. All bedrooms are sizeable, bright, and equipped with modern furniture. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped with modern appliances. The comfortable living room is connected to the kitchen in an open-plan layout. There are 2 bathrooms to share between tenants.
This house is situated on Childebert Road in Balham, an area to the south-west of London. Despite being residential, there are plenty of shops and bars in this neighbourhood - there is enough to keep you entertained without having to go to the city centre on a Saturday night. Tooting Bec underground station is about 13 minutes from the flat, and Balham train station can be reached in 8 minutes.
What we liked the most
- This house is very spacious, and it is spread over several floors.
- Bedroom C has its own kitchen (without a fridge).
- The open-plan living room and kitchen are very large and comfortable.
- You will be living near Balham train station.
- Tooting Bec Common is just around the corner.
