When you open the front door to this 5-bedroom house on Vansittart Road, you’ll notice a long hallway with hardwood floors, and a carpeted staircase leading to the 2nd floor. At the end of the hall is the shared kitchen. Windows give the room lots of natural light. It’s fully equipped, has ample counter and cupboard space, and includes a washing machine. There are two bathrooms on this floor. One is a shower room, and the other is a full bath with a tub. The second floor has a toilet room and sink. Lastly, and most importantly, you can access the backyard garden through the kitchen.
Newham is a residential area in East London. Your new home is located on a quiet street with other houses. If you enjoy jogging or taking long walks, you can head over to Wanstead Flats where there are paths, as well as ponds and lakes. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy that there is a golf club and a cricket club that aren’t too far away. There is also an Immortals Gym within a 12-minute walk and a Fit in Fitness that’s 4 minutes away. A few restaurants and taverns are just around the corner. And while there is a mini market nearby, you can also do shopping at the Tesco Express which is a 14-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- During warmer months you can enjoy the backyard garden.
- The house includes a washing machine, but there is a Wash & Dry Laundrette just 10 minutes away.
- There are a few pubs and taverns scattered through the neighborhood.
- Aside from a large park, there are a number of smaller parks nearby.
