Spotahome's opinion

You can get a bit of exercise by walking up the stairs to access the rooms for rent in this 3rd floor 4-bedroom flat on Percival Street. The stairwell echoes a bit, but it’s much quieter inside than the front door. With white walls and hardwood floors, the corridor has a fresh feel about it, and this extends to the rest of the rooms. There is a little nook off of the hallway, where you’ll find a fridge and a 4-seat table in front of a window overlooking the street. The kitchen is at the end of the hall and located just beyond the shared toilet and bathroom. It’s not a large space, but there is plenty of cupboard and counter space. It’s also a fairly bright space, and includes an oven, gas stove and washing machine.

Islington is located in east central London, and although this particular area is mainly a residential spot, the greater borough is rather swanky, with wonderful gastropubs and boutiques. There are plenty of local down-to-earth hangouts that might be easier on your pocket too. After all, you’re located 4 minutes away from the City University of London! Just across the street, you’ll discover a traditional fish and chips shop, a rustic pub, and a trendy café. If you prefer to cook at home, then you can pick up groceries at the Waitrose supermarket, which is 5 minutes from your door. And, you can slip into King Square Gardens when you feel like taking a breath from the city bustle. It’s only 4 minutes away.
