There are rooms for rent in this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a generous 75 m² footprint on Via dei Marsi in San Lorenzo. The kitchen comes with modern appliances including an oven, and a full-sized refrigerator. There is also a sofa and a table and chairs in the kitchen so you have somewhere to relax with your flatmates.
This is a great neighbourhood for students, as the University of Rome La Sapienza - Faculty of Law is within a 20-minute walk. If you're brain isn't tired after a day studying, you can check out the nearby museums including Museo Infinito, the Museo Storico della Fanteria and Museo Nazionale degli Strumenti Musicali.

- The apartment is close to public transport so you can easily get out and explore Rome.
- The bathroom is well lit, with shower, sink and toilet and a large mirror.
- This apartment has lovely hardwood floors throughout.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a fabulous shared courtyard which gives a great view from the kitchen.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 shared bathroom.
- This is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator - but at least you won't need a gym membership with those stairs.
