This is a great location for students as the porperty is only a short walk from the University of Cumbria . It is also very close to the Canary Wharf business district. There's plenty of public transport stops in the area, which can connect with anywhere you wish to go in the city! Also there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and other shopping outlets within walking distance.

- Reach the Canary Wharf after a 5-minute walk to the bus stop at Burdett Road (Stop LE), catching line 135. This line will take you straight to the Canary Wharf in about 10 minutes.
- Also by catching bus line 135 at Limehouse Police Station (6 minute walk), you can reach downtown in just 25 minutes.
