This 1-bedroom flat for rent on Monck Street is a pretty sweet spot. There are three things you’ll notice as soon as you walk through the front door: gorgeous wood floors, tons of windows, and lots of space for an apartment in central London. The bedroom is sunny with a double bed you can sink into. The bathroom is modern with a tub and heated towel rack. And there is a room with a washing machine, as well as storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, both big and small. Lastly, the living and dining room are combined. It’s furnished with a 4-seat glass table, a sofa, chair and glass coffee table. And there is a partially enclosed balcony with a downtown urban view.

City of Westminster is one of the best neighborhoods to be if you enjoy a fast-paced life. Some of London’s most famous sights are located nearby, and with them crowds of tourists. You can reach Big Ben and Westminster Abbey with a 12-minute walk. If you want to take some time out, you can take a stroll along the Thames or dip into St. James’s Park. Restaurants and entertainment abound. St John's Smith Square has a concert hall and is a 4-minute walk away. Victoria Palace Theatre is a little farther, but still close enough for a nice walk. You don’t have to go far for groceries either. There is a Tesco Express just up the street.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a downtown feel with big windows and gorgeous wood floors.
  • You’ll be neighbors with some of the most famous sights in London.
  • The River Thames is a 7-minute walk down the street - a great place for an afternoon walk.
  • You have your pick of great cafés, restaurants and cocktail bars.
