The entrance hallway in this 2-bedroom flat for rent on Shepherd’s Bush Road has a nice big mirror and gets some light when doors are open. Directly down this hall is a wonderful living room with a balcony to the quiet interior patio. Warm and comfortable, it’s furnished with a round 4-seat dining table, comfy sofa, TV and a few art pieces. The kitchen is through a door from this room. It’s cozy, but you’ll find everything you need to whip up a good meal. Plus, it has a washing machine! Back through the hall is the bathroom, which also gets light from a window, and has a tub for those moments when you really want to relax. Bedrooms are bright and although one of them is small, the other is quite spacious.
Hammersmith is a trendy neighborhood where you will find lots of beautiful buildings. It’s also still a quiet residential area and has a few gorgeous parks you can escape into when you feel like a breath of fresh air. Shepherds Bush Green is the nearest one and it’s 3-minutes away. Of course, the area isn’t so peaceful that there is nothing to do. Your new home is minutes away from numerous ethnic restaurants and hipster cafés. Don’t worry, there are a few pubs too, and O2 Empire is a live music venue just 4 minutes from your door. Europe Westfield is right around the corner - you'll find boutiques for every taste and wallet, a cinema and some restaurants. And, while the Tesco Express is 5 minutes from your flat, there is a little grocery shop just across the street.
What we liked the most
- The flat gets lots of light and has a balcony with a table and chairs.
- You’re very well-connected to central London, which is an approximate 30-minute public transportation ride away.
- Aside from the cinema, there are two or three nearby theaters.
- Restaurants, shops and grocery stores are just a short walk away.
