Space is economical in this 1-bedroom flat on Bishop Kings Road, but it’s still a pretty sweet space. In fact, it’s very fashionable. The main living areas are open. The corner kitchen, which is modern, gorgeous and fully equipped, has a TV. There are tall windows, so you get a nice view of the old-style London buildings across the street, as well as some natural light during the day. The living room is snug, but furnished with a love seat and coffee table. The dining table, which can seat 3 or 4, is in a little nook with a bookshelf. Surprisingly, the bedroom is quite spacious. It has a street-view window, lots of shelves, drawers, a double bed, and an open-style fashion rack. Lastly, the bathroom is sleek and gorgeous—and there is enough room in it to accommodate a relaxing bathtub!
One thing to consider: the landlord lives in a separate flat accessed by the same front door. You'll be neighbours! So no parties, please.
Hammersmith is trendy, artsy and eclectic, so you’ll fit right in if you enjoy this kind of vibe. You’ll find plenty to occupy your time here. Lyric Hammersmith isn’t the only theatre where you can catch some entertainment in the neighbourhood, but it’s only a 15-minute walk away. The Olympia London Exhibition and Show Complex is a couple of streets north, too. There are tons of bars, cafés and restaurants to explore, but you should definitely check out ‘The Dove’. It’s a 25-minute walk away and it’s the smallest pub in the world. For groceries, there is a Tesco Express 2 minutes away and a Tesco Superstore within a 15-minute walk.
