The flat is very spacious with a large living area that is perfect for socialising as well as an enormous bedroom with plenty of natural light and enough room for additional furniture if you wish. This would make a convenient and comfortable home for anyone relocating to the area.

Lewisham is an up-and-coming district that is becoming an increasingly desirable place to live. It is family-friendly with plenty of parks to be enjoyed on sunny days and it is also a popular student neighbourhood as it is home to Goldsmiths University and has easy access to University of Greenwich.

What we liked the most

  • The flat has been newly renovated and everything feels clean and modern.
  • With an oven as well as a stove, you can cook whatever you choose.
  • There is a comfortable living area with two sofas and a dining table, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals.
  • There is a Tesco Express only 9 minutes away, ideal for last-minute purchases.
  • This location is fantastic for foodies as it has a daily farmer’s market and there is also the award winning Brockley market.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no dryer available with the property but there is plenty of space for a rack to dry your clothes.
