This chic 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is to rent on Burghill Road in Lewisham, and comes well-equipped with all the essentials. Both bedrooms have double beds and storage for your belongings, while the combined living room and kitchen has a TV and sofa as well as balcony access. This apartment is located upstairs in the landlord's house, but is completely self-contained.
There is plenty of green space around this apartment so you can get out and explore the outdoors on your days off. The Crystal Palace Park is well worth exploring and is just over a half-hour walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within a 20-minute walk, so you can enjoy a good meal out, or get the ingredients to cook up a storm yourself.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport so you can get out and about and explore London easily.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a shower, toilet and sink as well as a large mirror which doubles as a cabinet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.

- This is a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator.
- The landlady lives downstairs from this apartment.
